When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground, however you may upgrade your shipping method to FedEx Standard Overnight. Military addresses (APO/FPO) and PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Actual delivery times will vary based on method of shipping and your geographic location.

How do I check the status of my order?
If your order was shipped via FedEx you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may log onto www.fedex.com to check the delivery status of your order. If your order was shipped via USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS delivery confirmation number. You may log onto www.usps.com to check the delivery status of your order.

What is your return or exchange policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Items must be in good condition and preferably with the tags still intact. For more information please review our return and exchange policy.

Do I have to pay a duty or extra charge for delivery outside the United States?
Yes. For Canadian and International orders we are required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. SacramentoTeamStore.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. If for any reason you do not pay your duty & tax bill, we will automatically charge your credit card for the full amount. Once your order is in transit, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
