RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS BY MAIL

Follow these instructions to return or exchange any online purchase by mail.

  • Fill out the return/exchange slip accompanied with your order.
  • Fill out the new item for your exchange.
  • Pack and seal your item securely and include the return/exchange form.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid.  We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • If you are returning your item a full refund will be credited to your credit card minus original shipping charges. We will only refund shipping charges for returns if we've sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective.
  • If you are exchanging an item and the item you are exchanging costs more than the item you are purchasing, a credit will be issued to your credit card. If you are exchanging and the item you are exchanging cost less than the item you are purchasing a debit will be added to your credit card.

If you are a local resident or are visiting the Sacramento area you may return your item to our Team Store.

Follow these instructions to return or exchange any online purchase at the Team Store.

Store refunds or exchanges will be issued with the original receipt.
Full refunds will be credited to your credit card minus original shipping charges.
You may exchange your item for any item in stock in the Team Store.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective.
